These 2, No Equipment BodyWeight Circuits will give you an effective full body workout in a very short time!
ONLY rest after completion of each set of circuit, perform 3 sets

- Lateral (side) Lunges - 20 seconds

- Side Plank w/hip dip (20 seconds each side)
